The cheesecake dessert didn't materialize (sigh!). But I was busy today taking pictures of the kahlua profiteroles. It is not presented in this manner but the Executive Chef requested for a magazine-worthy photo shoot. This is one of the best-selling desserts in our fine-dining restaurant.
